Marla brings over 20 years of diverse experience that includes people and corporate strategy development, change management and project delivery across a variety of roles in the government, hospital and community sectors.

Prior to joining the Central West LHIN Marla has been Senior Director, Human Resources, Strategy and Planning at the Central West CCAC, where she oversees human resources and organizational development, transition planning and communication, and the project management and strategy offices.

She has held leadership positions with William Osler Health System and several Ontario government ministries including Health and Long Term Care, Community and Social Services and Government Services.

Marla is passionate about building high-performance cultures and unlocking the potential in others to drive innovation, deliver exceptional patient experience and achieve outstanding results.

She holds a Masters of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, both in Political Science.
